After a tense and restless morning, we finally got our paycheck in the afternoon on Monday. I soon paid my credit card bill and rental. They were overdue already. Today our boss appeared in the office, and our other boss appeared too. Interestingly both of them did not show up coincidentally last Friday, the day that we should have our paychecks. When it comes to the pay day every month, they would both be disappeared if there may be problems with our salaries. I am wondering if they do have the problem with the cash flow of the company, why don’t they do something about it? Closing up the company, lay us off or whatever. But another interesting thing was our boss did raise quite amount of money from some investors, and one of them was even one of the world largest investment company. It seemed that our company should not have problem financially. However, when the person in charge got some morality problem, then the problem came whether or not there is any financial problem in the company. He does not separate his personal account from the company account, even he did, he still makes use of the company money when he is short of cash. I think he has spent some investment money on his personal lives such as eating, drinking and women. Even though he claimed that he would return those he has borrowed. Yeah……certainly he would, I don’t care what he is going to do about that. However when he is doing that, he does not take employee’s interest into account. We as the employees suffer. Rather he paid saloon bar monthly on time, the HR said that he told her the debt to the saloon bar has to be paid on time. However, he delayed to pay our salary and he thought it was ok. I remember that last time when he delayed our paychecks for almost a week, he appeared three days after, apologized for the delay and said it would not happen again. It did happen AGAIN. If his words could be trusted, the one can eat shit. I don’t know what those investors will say about that if they knew what he has done (actually I wonder what he has done, he has done nothing, except lying to everyone, maybe including himself), well…… it’s hard for them to know since he would just ask the accountant to do some false accounts for him. The more I know the more I got pissed when our paycheck is not in our account on time. I also feel sorry for those investors. However, I also think things of one kind come together. When will be the day I quitting? I don't know, it's just a matter of time.
